Pitsford has proved a little more tricky this week but this has been more down to the weather conditions making fishing very difficult. The high winds have restricted the boats and made certain banks not fishable. When conditions have allowed buzzers have still been the most productive method.
We may also just be starting to find the Shrimp starting to move into the shallower margins again with a few anglers reporting fish on Shrimp patterns. Those looking to target the resident Browns are still finding them deeper with lure type patterns being most productive.
A further stocking is planned for this week with another 2500 Rainbows and our annual stocking of 1000 Browns planned for next week so the sport should remain steady.
