Our water parks serve as a great backdrop for all types of events and activities, making them the perfect location for the huge range of events we handle all year round. Whether it’s a small one-off gathering or a large event, we’ll ensure it runs smoothly.

Our rooms are well-equipped for a wide range of functions, meetings and events, including:

• Team meetings
• Presentations
• Courses
• AGMs
• Lectures

We also regularly host triathlons, dragon boat races, charity fun-runs and bike rides, alongside national and international fishing competitions. If you have an idea for an event, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you!

We have meeting rooms that can be hired for your conference and events at Rutland, Grafham and Alton Water.

Our scenery is a big draw for a range of filming and photographic projects and we’re a regular location for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and independent TV and film companies. We can definitely help you out with your next filming project, however, we’ll need four weeks’ notice to make sure we can fulfil your needs. 

Our location fees include:

• Personal site tours to help you find the best locations, arrange site access and the support services that meet your filming requirements

• Our experience in providing tailor-made solutions for filming and photography

• Information, pictures and footage covering the history of, and activities at the reservoir

• A safe environment in which to film and photograph on land or on the water (method statements and risk assessments required)

• Parking, changing and toilet facilities

• Accommodation booking service

Catering services can be arranged directly with our catering operators and will be charged separately.
