ROD AVERAGE 5.9
The fishing at Grafham has been fantastic over the past week. Many anglers have reported rainbows of 5lb plus and the elusive Grafham browns have also been reported up to 10lb.
The main basin has fished very well to popper fry patterns and snakes. But the shrimp fishing is also starting to switch on, especially along the North shore points.
With the shrimp becoming more abundant the bank has also fished well. One of our season ticket holders picked up 6 fish all over 4lb in weight whilst fishing a short morning session along the north shore.
If you are planning a Bank session, please be aware of soft mud around the reservoir. If wading, do so with caution and use your landing net pole to check for firm ground.
