Ravensthorpe week ending 21st April 2024

Rod Average - 14.0

Despite the windy conditions, Ravensthorpe has fished to a remarkable rod average of 14 this week.
Ravensthorpe was stocked last week and clearly these fish have gotten straight onto the feed.

Buzzers 'up in the water' has been a good method this week with many boats catching around the island.  Washing line tactics have generally been all you need to employ to catch, but pulling tactics on an intermediate may pick up some bonus fish if the buzzers go a little quiet.

This past week we hosted GWFFA and the England Youth.  The former reported having a fantastic day, with the event fishing to a double figure rod average.  They reported catching on Buzzers, FABS Blobs and Cormorants.
