Fish week 29 (Season 3732) Returns 4 (780) Rod average 4.25 (4.70)

Ravensthorpe is suddenly picking up with the trout fishing. It's been fishing well considering constant weather changes and no fish being stocked.

The rout fish are back fishing well on buzzers and floating line. The fish are still deep, but are jumping to the surface.

Pike fishing has also started picking up with most being fished on most days. The pike fishing has done really well so far with catching little ones, but also a few big ones have been caught.

On Sunday the Mid Northants fished the church trophy. 18 anglers caught 91 fish for a rod average of 5. The best bag of four fish killed was Pip Jeffs. Best fish was 4lb and caught by Grant Gibson. Due to the bright conditions, best method was sinking lines and small lures or snakes.
