Birdwatching, Nature & Wildlife at Grafham Water

Our wildlife changes with the seasons, making Grafham Water a great place to visit at different times of the year.

Tell me more . . .

Our diverse scrub and wetland habitats support thriving populations of insects, birds, mammals and amphibians, plus a few rare plants.

Several nature trails give access to seven bird hides, each with an excellent view of the wildlife and reservoir waterfowl.

We hold regular events and activities on the nature reserves and volunteers are always welcome to lend a hand.

The nature reserve is managed in partnership with Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust.

Visit the Wildlife Trusts' web page for more information or go to the Wildlife Trust office in the fishing lodge at Mander Park.
