Grafham Water Nature & Wildlife
Birdwatching, Nature & Wildlife at Grafham Water
Our wildlife changes with the seasons, making Grafham Water a great place to visit at different times of the year.
Tell me more . . .
Our diverse scrub and wetland habitats support thriving populations of insects, birds, mammals and amphibians, plus a few rare plants.
Several nature trails give access to seven bird hides, each with an excellent view of the wildlife and reservoir waterfowl.
We hold regular events and activities on the nature reserves and volunteers are always welcome to lend a hand.
The nature reserve is managed in partnership with Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust.
Visit the Wildlife Trusts' web page for more information or go to the Wildlife Trust office in the fishing lodge at Mander Park.
Our water parks not only bring vital water resources for the region, but they also provide a fantastic day out for all the family.
Whether you're looking for an action-packed day on the water, a spot of fishing to escape the stresses and strains of everyday life, or simply want to enjoy a relaxing walk in beautiful surroundings, look no further than our fabulous water parks.
