From open water swimming events to fishing competitions and school holiday activities for the kids, at our water parks there is something for everyone!
At our larger parks, including Rutland Water, Grafham and Pitsford Water Park, we also offer group and corporate event days.
Our child-friendly events are available during school holidays and we also offer special packages for schools.

SwimAlton 2024
Beautiful Alton Water in Suffolk hosts hundreds of swimmers each year for this open water swim. Distance options include 1/2 mile, 1 mile, 2 miles, 5km and an all new 10km swim option.
The course is full of interest and amazing locations with a tour around the main body of the reservoir.
Open to all abilities with a distance option to suit all, the event is chip timed (although you don't have to be competitive), included comprehensive safety and medical support throughout, changing facilities and a stunning venue.

Rutland 10km 2024
Fast flat 10km around the shoreline of Rutland Water. Starting and finishing in Whitwell, runners will enjoy an interesting and varied landscape including Rutland Water Dam and a turn at Normanton church.
UKA affiliated with full on course support, feed stations and medals for all finishers.

Dambuster Triathlon 2024
The Dambuster Triathlon, sprint and standard distance triathlon with a fully closed road bike course. The Dambuster takes place in the perfect setting of Rutland Water, with a perfect event hub that includes swim start, transition, finish line, athlete parking, registration and all event amenities in one convenient and well appointed site.
Swim in the shelter of Whitwell creek with clean water and expert safety provision, Ride through Rutland countryside with a closed road bike route full of interest, speed and top class racing. Then run around Rutland Water perimeter footpaths to Normanton church for a beautiful scenic run and an epic finish line.
The Dambuster Triathlon is a qualifying event for the 2025 European championship.
