Rod Average - 5.0

Rutland water

Browns over 5lb continue to show in good numbers with some almost tipping the scale at double figures.

Last week and continuing into this week buzzers have been hatching off daily with anglers using a variety of sizes that have been successfully. Floating lines long leaders and leaving the buzzers almost static seems to be the best tacit along with them under the bung.

Fish in the margins continue to feed on shrimp and buzzer and from reports as soon as the sun hits the horizon more fish move close in.

Best Areas bank - Old Hall, Normanton bank, church Bay, sailing Club.

Best areas boat - Ild Hall Bay, Sailing Club bay, NZ point-Gibbets Gorse. Sykes Lane frontage, Manton and Green Bank.
