Ravensthorpe Water week ending 9 June

Fish 191 (Season 6,746) Returns 42 (892) Rod average 4.5 (7.5)

Top of the water sport continues this week at Ravensthorpe. The fish are up in the water and feeding on damsels, snails and small flies.

Best methods have been floating line with dries, hoppers, small daddies, cdc’s, snail patterns, damsels and diawl bachs or small buzzers are also catching fish.

Bank fishing is a bit challenging at the moment with the low water level and weed growth. The dam is the best place, floating line with dries or washing line with small buzzers or diawl bachs worth trying.
