Grafham Water week ending 14th August

Rod Average 2.3 (season total 4.1)

The searing heat has made for some tough fishing at Grafham over the last week. Not many Angler’s have ventured out and those that did reported fish down deep around the aerator. Sunken daddy’s or green and black lures pulled back on a di-7 would be a good starting point when fishing the deeper water.

The Dam has re opened without restrictions and there have been a fair amount of fish caught early morning and late evening. Shrimp patterns croix and small snail imitations fished a few yards from the bank has been the go to method
