ATW Grafman Triathlon 2025

Join us at the beautiful and iconic Grafham Water to experience one of the country’s most popular middle distance swim-bike-run events, delivered by triathletes for triathletes.

Middle Distance Triathlon: 1.9km swim | 90km bike | 21km run

Up your triathlon game and step into the world of middle distance at this superb venue. We promise fantastic views of Valve Tower, epic custom designed medals, fab water & nutrition stations, yummy finish line snacks & goodies, excellent supportive marshals, well-marked course and an on-site cafe & playground for family spectators.

As well as the Triathlon, we also offer an Aqua-Bike (swim-bike) option for those who don’t want to run, and a Relay (if you fancy teaming up with others to do a discipline each), so there really is no excuse not to get involved and have a go at Grafman!
