ATW Grafham Duathlon 2025

JOIN ATW, THE LARGEST MULTISPORT ORGANISER IN THE UK, AT THE ICONIC GRAFHAM WATER FOR OUR SPRINT & STANDARD DUATHLON ON SUNDAY 26TH OCTOBER 2025.

Whether you are an experienced athlete looking for a fast race, trying to qualify for the GB team, or simply a novice competitor looking for a safe and friendly venue, Grafham Water is ideal for all! 

Standard Distance Duathlon: 10km run | 38km bike | 5km run
Sprint Duathlon: 5km run | 17km bike | 2.5km run

The run is a 5k lap course using the natural footpaths of Grafham water that head out and back across the iconic dam wall before looping past the finish area where you’ll receive great support. The bike is an out and back ride to St Neots with minimal turns allowing for lightening-quick riding. The Sprint distance will turn back in the village of Perry.

This event is perfect for newbies to duathlon, or those looking for a fast time! Take part solo or grab your pals and enter into the Relay!
