Does my child need a ticket? 

Yes, children need tickets. Under 4’s go free but you still need to add a “baby” ticket to your cart.

Can I pay at the gate? 

Yes, we will have 2 payment points at the gate.

Do I need to book camping in advance? 

Yes, please book camping in advance as there is a separate car park for campers.

Can I have senior discount? 

Yes, a senior ticket is £20.

On the Day

What is and isn’t allowed on site? 

Dogs are not allowed in and vehicles are not allowed in the camping area.

What time does the festival start and finish? 

On Saturday 13th of June, the festival starts at 1pm and finishes at 10pm. On Sunday 14th June, it starts at 10am and finishes at 8pm.

Which entrance do we use on the day? 

Please use the Sykes Lane entrance.

Do I need to bring my own food and drinks? 

No, there will be water, beverage and food suppliers available on site.

Are we allowed to leave and come back in? 

Yes. You will receive wristbands on arrival which will allow you to go out and come back in during the day.

What measures are in place for children/vulnerable adults? 

On arrival, adults will be asked to write their phone number on their children’s wristbands in case of any emergency. There will also be a lost and found point.

Are there any other activities apart from music concerts? 

Yes, there will be family fun activities throughout the festival.

Accessibility

Is the site accessible for disabled people? 

Yes, there are disabled toilets and a disabled-friendly area at the front of the stage.

How can I ask for help in case I require any medical assistance? 

There is a fully-equipped first aid tent on site.
