Yes, guests are welcome to request a refund through our Eventbrite page. Alternatively, all tickets that are not refunded before the 31st August will automatically be rolled over to next year’s festival.
All children will need “child” tickets. Under 4’s go free but please add a free “baby” ticket to your cart so you can show it to us on the day.
You’ll be able to pay at the gate. We will have two payment points available on the day.

We would prefer it if you booked camping in advance as there is a separate car park for campers. You can book it after you’ve bought your tickets.
Yes, a senior ticket is £20.
Dogs are not allowed in and vehicles are not allowed in the camping area.
On Saturday 13th of June, the festival starts at 1pm and finishes at 10pm. On Sunday 14th June, it starts at 10am and finishes at 8pm.
The opening times are as follows:
- Camping arrival: 3pm -7pm
- Camping arrival: 10am - 3pm
- Car park open: from 10am
- Gates open: from 12:30pm – last entry 6pm
- Car park open: from 9am
- Gates open: from 9:30am – last entry 4pm
Please use the Sykes Lane entrance.
There will be water, beverage and food suppliers available on site.
You will receive wristbands on arrival which will allow you to go out and come back in during the day.
On arrival, adults will be asked to write their phone number on their children’s wristbands in case of any emergency. There will also be a lost and found point.
We have much more planned for you than great music. There will be family fun activities throughout the festival. More details will be published on the website as we confirm the activities.
We want the festival to be accessible to as many people as possible. There will be disabled toilets and a disabled-friendly area at the front of the stage.
They can use the main entrance.
There will be a fully-equipped first aid tent on siteon-site where you’ll be able to get medical assistance.
The first thing you should do is to visit the lost and found point.
